Best place for custom color to be mixed?

Guys,

I am wanting to get a color mixed for my 40. It isn't a stock color and I don't have any codes for it - although I do have a picture of what I am looking for. Who would you recommend I go to that could mix it for me?

Auto store?
Sherwin Williams?
True Value?
Auto paint store?

An auto paint store or auto store that sells paint. Stick with a name brand of paint PPG, Dupont. Check with your paints stores and see who is willing to invent.
