Best LX/LC service Jacksonville Florida area

I took my LC to Arlington Toyota once. Once.
This last oil change and tire rotation, I went to Lexus of Jacksonville and was very happy with the service.
MUCH nicer place to wait around, as well.
The toyota dealership was a dump. It looked like they never recovered from the hurricane/tropical storm from 2017. The swarm of sales people wanted to "get me into a new vehicle AND lower my payments!"
As far as heavy duty work, like my lift and brake upgrade, I have a mobile mechanic that I use.

I use the Lexus dealer I just was wondering if anybody in this area had a better solution the reason I still use them I’m still under warranty and have two years free maintenance. generally had a good experience with them
At Lexus of Jax with my LC for an oil change, that I scheduled online. Service advisor first asks what I am here for. When I tell him an oil change, he looks out the window at the LC as he is entering info and asks "6 cylinder or 8 cylinder?". 
I wonder if these "appointments" I make actually log in somewhere. It never seems like they were expecting me, or know what work I specified on the online appointment form.
