Yes, a total of 4" list. 2.5 in springs and 1.5 in shacles.

Having done just that, wet the ground down with water to keep the dust down. I used 2 saw horses with a ladder acros the top. A 24 ft ladder fully extended with either plywood or drop cloths on top. Then I just laid out all the parts, sanded and sprayed. Use a slow hardener if you are in the heat...and try not to work in the direct sun in the afternoon.
