Went through my rig for some baseline maintenance this past week. Timing belt, belts, thermostat, water pump, various gaskets and seals. Pulled and replaced the BEBs, number 3 looked the worst upper and lower. Is this about normal wear for these with 190km? The motor was pretty impressive as far as how clean it was.

Seems pretty typical from a few I've seen over the years. Good that you did them though, there's some sizeable chunks out of that #3.
