Bear Creek and Diversion Reservoir access

Looks like they are going to be blocking off all access to the Bear Creek area. I have not seen this personally, but a friend of mine at work was showing me. There are some boulders for now, but gates are coming.

Same old story, but what a shame. A few idiots ruining access for everyone.
