Bandi Mount

If anybody is looking for a Bandi Mount for a CB antenna and is having issues with All Pro's web site, I found a different source for them. Walcott CB has them in stock. I ordered one for $49. Here is a link to the web site.

Really? I thought Bandi only sold his design to AllPro. I'll betcha it isn't a bandi mount. Also, try the phone. It' works well to get in touch with All Pro too. I've done it.

EDIT: It says right on there that they ordered the Bandi mounts from All Pro...

I just finished installing mine today. My shipment was delayed due to the lead time for delivery of the Bandi Mount from AllPro. Everything was included as described by BigBill and went in just as well.

I'm sure they would. I was very impressed with their service and speed filling the order. They sent me an email that the shipment would be delayed since they hadn't received the Bandi's yet the sent me a "freeby" since it was delayed 2 days, all without asking. I would definitely do business with them again.

I couldn't agree more. Never really took the time to really look at it until I had it in my hands. Just a perfect way to mount an antenna or flag. In fact, the guy that dis my SWR check noticed it also and asked where I got it. Said it was the cleanest antenna mount he has seen yet.

I have bought lots of stuff over the years from them since a local CB shop by me closed up.

I had that Bandi mount a long time before I even picked up the FJ.

"I've tried to access the All Pro site a few times and have not gotten on for some reason, it times out. Could be my isp doesn't have All Pro’s web site in the DNS entry, I’m not sure what the issue is. Also, you can get all your shipping in one load if you are getting anything else CB related, I ordered an antenna, cable, spring, and the Bandi mount all at the same time to save on shipping. I know All Pro makes the mount, I'm not saying this is a different one, just a different source as far as where you can purchase it. If All Pro is out for some reason you could get it here if they have it in stock. Just letting people know there are other suppliers caring the Bandi/All Pro mount." - Same thing I just posted on the FJC fourm. Are we having the same conversation? Did you guys post over there too or is it just me...

Just ordered my Bandi mount from Walcott and it arrived in 3 days. The mount is great abd bolts right on. I prefer the Firestik K4A Antenna stud with NO spring (the local CB guys swore against srings). Also got a Uniden 68 Elite CB mounted next to my shifters. I'll get pics up soon, but the mount is awesome and Walcott is great about getting your order to you quick.

From their website it looks like the Walcott mount comes painted black, where the mount from Allpro says it comes unpainted.
Did yours from Walcott arrive painted?

The one from Walcott came painted black. It was a matte black, so the guys at all pro may be referring to that as unpainted, since it really isn't anything more than a thin layer over the metal.

Here is my bandi mount with 3 foot Firestik, before I put my spring and quick disconnect on. Which I might add, after I added the spring and quick disconnect it helped, my antenna was tuned better than before!!

Sorry, only pic I could find..... FJ, Gossamer and Jimi Hendrix...... 3 great combos!!!!

Yeah....... 2 times of losing my antenna was enough for me!!!! Now I have to put up with the antenna smackin the back of my rig!!!! I will get over that real quick though!!!!!!!

I just emailed walcott today about buying the kit without the CB and they changed it on the website so you can order it without the CB.
