Just picked up a first gen truck 79 with the 20r it runs great except shifting from 1st to 2nd it wants to backfire and then when you shut the truck off. I set the timing to 8 degrees BTDC but it still does it. Possibly need to do a full tune up with plugs wires cap rotar etc...? Any suggestions
