Ok guys not new to the forums just made a new account. I've been going back and forth a while about what diesel to swap into my truck. I bought a b3.3 cummins and I've done plenty of research but it seems people have only swapped them into fj40's 60's and pickups with the 3.slow. Does anybody have any recommendations as far as adaptaters or anything with the 22re? Can I use factory trans and 4x4? And placement of motor mounts or what kind to use? Thanks!

I think a B3.3 would be an excellent motor for a Minitruck or 4Runner.
I'd probably try to get an R150 from a V6 truck and put the upgraded shaft bits in it(theres an adapter to go from R150 to the 4 cyl t-case), but you could also do an NV4500.

Motor mounts will probably need to be custom fabricated.

Awesome man! Exactly the type of info I need!

Btw this is also a 5 speed truck and I would like to keep it that way I feel possible

NV4500 is a 5 speed. If there was a way to adapt the H55 to the mini t-case that's a sweet way to go too.
The J**p AX15 5 speed is pretty common and is actually the same transmission as the R150 but with some different exterior bits (but common enough that they are CHEAP, and adapt to any transfer case you could desire (*cough* atlas II *cough*)).
