helping a friend with a axle swap and need to be pointed in the right direction. We plan on using trail gear front hanger and rear hanger kit and just reuse the stock toyota leaf springs on the other truck to save money. Any one helpful step, procedures and tips for this process. Thanks very much

Go to Ford dealer & use the f250 shock towers
Cheaper & easier than hoops IMHO

Agreed.
Hoops can be neat, but they create inner fender clearance issues, and can rip holes in your frame if not installed properly.
It's easier for a layman to drill and gusset holes than to triangulate hoops.

Honest advice:

STOP.

You're not ready to do this. At all.

Spent another month reading the thousands of documented swaps on the intertoobs, then consider trying it.
