Axle breather tube question

My rear axle breather tube is pissing out some diff oil. I know that the breather tube is suppose to push air out of it when things heat up. My question is though should it be pissing a bunch of the oil out as well? It has never done this before yesterday so would there be a reason that it has started doing this that I need to investigate.

Some oil must have splashed up and was forced out the tube. Take the tube off and blow it out, you should be ok after that. Newer trucks have a splash guard in the axle housing to keep that from happening - i dont think your truck has that though.

have you a locker of any sort in it. Air lockers can obviously add pressure. ??
