Axe ... best one ?

I was going to get a Fiskars Pro Axe. Should I get the chopping axe or the splitting axe? Which one would be better for general trail use?

USFS Polaski!

No other polaski's come close. Getting one can be difficult.

D handle fixed shovel. Longer shovels do work better, but I've always ended up breaking the handle somehow.

I use a Max for my quad, it's OK, just.
