another option run a th350 version 203, with a 2" (?) spacer on the back of the 700r4, or cut part of the output shaft and run 1" (?) spacer on the back, i got info and a spacer laying around here somewhere.
700 to 208 make to work sounds like it might be a bit too much work.
not 100% postive on the info on their site, but i was playin on B&M website, they list a TRANSPAK.

also talk to novak about the short 350 version shaft for the 700r4, i talked with them sometime ago about one, and they were in the making process but would not finish one for me, in time for me to use. AA shafts are crap, period.
