Auto Trans "E" or "H"

I went to the local Napa for a tranny filter. They wanted to know if it was an E or H trans. Anybody know how to tell the difference. Its a '90 3.0 V6.

It depends on if its 4wd or not. The E series is a 2wd tranny and the H is a 4wd.
