I am looking for an original set of clips (tool kit hold down) circled in the picture, if anyone is willing to part with them.
These clips are located under the seat.

Hook by itself is available from Toyota, part number 58796-20012, Jack Clamp Hook, or as part of 58780-89102, Tool Box Band Assembly.

I thought the larger band came with the hook under this part number?

My understanding is that originally 75217-90300 included the hook, but the current 75217-90300 does not, it is just the band.
