I think you can get the 5.7 in the middle east. In America the EPA hates anything diesel. The EPA has killed heavy truck engine mileage and reliability with the current emissions regs. It filters down to smaller engines as well. The EPA has driven Cat out of the on highway truck business

There is an article stating the 4.6 is discontinued in the 2020 tundra for the US. Only the 5.7 will be offered until the new tundra comes out in 2021.

I saw that too and posted, but then removed my comment since only 1 sight stated this information.
Also looks like Lexus still plans to offer the gx460, so it got me questioning the report
