Had a report this morning, have checked a few threads and confirmed there is an oddity with attachments and how they are displaying. Chasing the fix down now.

Stay tuned...
 
Issue fixed, the Imagemajik process crashed....still have some images from 4am until mid-morning to fix, but current uploads are working fine.
