ATF for power steering pump

More likely you got hosed. A good freind called me yesterday. He had a hard miss on #4 that i diagnosed over the weekend on his Expidition. He took it in under warranty and they replaced the #4 coil. While it was there they did a 4 wheel brake job, a coolant flush, a tranny flush and and engine flush. It needed none of those things, but apparently they were convincing. He's all happy they fixed his miss for free then they hosed him for $1200 on non warranty crap.

I checked the PS fluid myself and it really did need cleaning. I should have done it myself but oh well.

I called them today and they're going to look at it on Saturday morning (with me looking over their shoulder).

I have a feeling that I can get another flush out of them.

I think they just never flushed enough through the system.
