Well you can't really see it as well as I wish you could. The last pic is of the block where the cam bearing spun. It groved the block so deep I don't know if its fixable. Do they make oversized bearings for the cam?
The bearing for the rod to the No 2 piston was gone. Mostly on my oil screen as you can see. No 1 piston was damaged. PO had a Weber 32/36 that I don't think he ever tuned properly.
Any one have a decent 2F they would part with for a reasonable price? Please P.M. or email me.
Thanks Andy

As in the stock cam you all offer? I've been looking at that. Do you all offer rebuild kits? I haven't found them on your web page and my last catolog dosn't have it either.

Thanks for the replies gents
Keep em comming.
Andy

We dont have a complete rebuild kit because everyone needs different sized pistons, rings, bearings etc. We have all of the parts seperate, you can call me here anytime to get something ordered. After looking at your pictures however, it looks pretty shot. Cam bearings come in other sizes, but only for re-ground cams, not for rheemed out holes in the block. Looks like you need a new block (and a few other things.)

Steve,
With the additional cost of having to buy another motor. I need to price out a V-8 swap. How much are the kits for a 350 to 700r4 to stock t-case?

Any body else thats done a V8 swap can you post up with ball park figures for parts.
I'll be doing all the labor.
Thanks
Andy

I installed a 351w Ford but the prices are similar. If I recall corectly I spent about 100 to 150 on motor mounts (BIG waste of money, fab your own using stock for your engine mounts), 200 for headers, and the adapter from the nv4500 to stock old t case was somthing like 500. I fabbed my own cross member. Drive shafts cost me about 600 but I had a double carden joint installed in the rear shaft and long travel slip joint. So, around 1500 plus parts, give or take 1000 because it always costs more that you think.

Ok I may of found a 82' 2F that came out of a FJ40. It had factory PS. Any reason why this motor won't fit my 87 FJ60?
Thanks
Again.
