It clearly shows the tight clearance between the conrod bolts and the cam .
Do you have to cut the bolts on both sides or will it be OK just to do the 6 bolts that are near the camshaft ?

Were it me I would turn the cam down enough to clear the rod bolt head. Plenty of material in the camshaft to work with and not nearly as critical as the rod bolt. Nice to see ARP has an off the shelf rod bolt that works otherwise.
