Arctic Trucks Roof Rack

Does anyone know who makes the arctic trucks roof rack? If it is made in house has anyone had any luck getting them to sell to someone in the US? Thanks

That looks like an African Outback roof rack from South Africa. Slee use to carry them. I am not sure who sells them now in the US.

I had one on my 100 that I got from Christo and it was a very nice roof rack.
