I installed my ARB full length alloy roof basket 490040M along with the 200 Fit Kit and front fairing yesterday - install went pretty well, but holy smokes it whistles! I can deal with the wind noise, that makes sense, its a big thing on the roof. But the whistling is driving me nuts. I am going to go around with some painters tape and see if I can find where it is whistling and make some plugs, but wondering if anyone has solved this that can point me in the right direction.

Try wrapping a bungee or tape a rope wrapped around the front facing round bar. You can leave a few inches between wraps.
I have not put one on yet .. but did some research on them.
They make that noise and what you can do is add the deflector from Sierra Expeditions to get rid of the noise. Think it's about $92.

I'm also curious if there is much of a mile per gallon hit?
