So, I’ve been fumbling through setting up an ARB Linx in my 96 LC and I’ve been having a real hard time finding any info on which wires in the harness should be used for high beam sensing.
LINX is looking for signals from
Ingnition
Low beam/parking light
High beam
Reverse
Ignition is on the drivers side kick panel
Low beams should be able to be tapped into the aftermarket radio
High beams, I know there’s got to be a better way than going to the headlight
Reverse is a red wire with black stripe next to the VSS, just got to use yellow box speedo correction write up to get to it.
TBH the low beam/parking light won’t bother me if I never find it, and the high beam one is only a mild annoyance. I’m not going to hold up the install on it, but it would be nice.
I have searched, googled, checked the FAQ and tried to be creative to find info. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Flaming will be tolerated
