ARB Front Bumper Mount on 84

Anyone have this issue with mounting the ARB bull bar to an 84 where it calls to mount a bracket to the frame; however, there already is a stock bracket mounted? Any idea on how to remove this? It appears to be riveted to the frame.

never mind. I'm an idiot and figured it out. Too many hours on this rig is making me crazy.
