ARB flat alloy rack

Hi guys, so finally I installed my arb flat rack.
The thing is my rear doors won’t open, since they collide with the thing that goes underneath the gutter. I installed it with the provided rubber. Should I remove it in order to have more clearance?

Si what I did was the following.
Removed the plastic trim from de rain gutter, and on the towers that go in the rear doors, I removed de rubber thing provided by ARB. Now every door has enough clearance
