Front load? While on a previous 'Zen and the Art of Appliance Maintenance' adventure I watched a youtube on replacing the drum bearing on a front load...F that!

no not front load. it doesn't seem to be that bad. Just a pain in the ass taking doors down and moving s*** to get to it..

Well the fix worked for about a couple of loads and then the brake locks up. Anyway spent yesterday looking at new washer and dryers..just pissed that the washer only lasted 7 years. A top end Maytag at the time I bought it.

ohh well...there went my 62 exhaust stash.
