Anyone using a 5mm wheel spacer or shim?

Hi Everyone!

I have a Tough Dog 2 inch left and my tires are 275/70/18 General Tire ATX. At full wheel lock I rub barely on the KDSS Bar. Has anyone put a 5MM spacer/shim on? I prefer this because I need just a little bit of room and don't want to add a full spacer that pushes me out 1.25 inches. Are the lug nuts long enough for a 5mm spacer and has anyone used one before? Thanks.

No, stayed with my current setup. I just don't turn all the way. If anything I may buy the KDSS relocation mount.

Yes, the lugs are long enough. But you should verify engaged threads in your install prior to use. Bigger issue is it monkeys with the hub centric lip.
