I've built 4 of those, one for myself and three for friends. And also built a smaller one for my four-wheeler. They are not hard to make. Take the picture to a local welding shop and get some cost estimates. But still, your looking at close to 50.00 bucks in material alone. I made mine out of heavy angle. Thats if you want a good quality solid piece of equipment. I wouldn't build another one for less than 125.00$ Takes about 3 hours. (Sawing, drilling, lay-out, and welding,) plus painting. I got one similar, but maybe not quite as nice, at Wally Mart for $55. Not fancy, but going on 4 years with it.
