i am looking for some guidance on how to remove the headlights. Do I need to remove the bumper cover?

Same here

I did it just the other day to fix a headlight washer. Yes you have to remove the bumper. It wasnt that bad. My son made a video of the bumper removal he is in the final stage of editing. I’ll post it soon

Cool, thanks
My adjuster bolt is busted and the dealer said I needed a whole new headlight, I told them they were crazy

Its pretty much the same process on the LC. I pull the grill off though on my 2011, there are a few bolts that are easier to get to if you just separate the grill. There are a few slot tabs across the bottom and it'll just snap out. Then you can just pull it out enough to access the headlights. No need to take it all the way off.

I removed mine by hitting a deer at 80 mph.

The study: An investigation into the relationship between vehicle colour and crash risk

In accordance with the study, white cars are 12 percent less likely to get into an accident than black cars are, regardless of the time of day. Cream, yellow, and beige cars also ranked closely behind white.

Besides black, the most dangerous car colors are grey (11 percent higher risk), silver (10 percent higher risk), blue (7 percent higher risk), and red (7 percent higher risk). By the way, if you own any of these types of cars, you’re at a greater risk of having your car stolen.

Ultimately, if you’re looking to invest in the safest of all car colors, choose white.

So ... you may be right!

When we lived in Australia the insurance was cheaper if you had a white vehicle, therefore everyone had a white vehicle.
And, of course, my wife hates white.

Well that is one way to remove it. I removed the my front end of my 996 turbo the same way when we lived in TN, twice....

I was hoping my white car would be ticketed less. Turns out silver is the answer to that riddle.
