My mom had always cooked for our dogs, so i took up the tradition when it was time to have my own dogs. My pitbulls are lucky enough to have a menu of boiled ground beef, chicken, or venison. I mix it in with purina one rice and lamb.

Good food and plenty of exercise makes for a happy dog.

i thought pittbulls only ate fresh meat.

Nice dogs.. How much total do you feed them at one sitting?

That last picture looks like the dog has a friggin lazer beam attached to its head ;)

They eat once a day at around 7:00 P.M

I usually give them one to two cups of Dry with about 16 ounces of Fresh. I think it is also important to make your dogs part of your family dinner as well. They usually have a little of whatever i eat for lunch or dinner.

Whatever they don't finish at dinner they eat in the morning for breakfast.

One of my customers has 29 dogs and he makes his living with them during the Fall and Winter hunting Bobcats and Mountain Lions. He feeds each dog a patty of ground up Bobcat meat, once a day, year round. I guess he saves a lot of money on dog food.

My dogs eat dog food and occassionaly deer meat if it has gotten freezer burned.

We don't have a dog, but we babysit a dog (Ginger) for my old friend. My wife makes Chinese soup and puts in all kinds of herbs, ginseng, astragalus, etc..... along with chicken or pork meat. When the soup is finished, the wife packages up the meat and either feeds in to Ginger if we are sitting or we deliver it the next time we visit. Well, Ginger is almost 15 years and can still give the rabbits a run for their money. Her vet can't believe she is as healthy as she is and she is only now showing signs of slowing down. She only chases the rabbits half way across the neighbors yard instead of three of four yards down. I write it off to the herb infused meat she's been eating.
