Anyone live near Barrington, IL?? Lil help?

Sorry to intrude on you guys. I sold my 45 with a chevy 350 to the owner of Klehm Plants in Barrington, IL. Truck arrived last week and won't start. It's likely a stuck carb or choke or something. Anyone near there that can pop in and take a quick look at it? It's a pumpkin organge 1983 HJ47 crew cab. Can't miss it. Some carb fluid and some WD40 will likely do the trick.

This is way late to respond, but I actually know this guy. I didn't know he was a Toyota knuckle-head. Maybe I'll drop him a line.
