Anyone know if the Lexus dealer in Richmond, VA has a tech that can figure out AHC?

They used to have a great young guy that could get everything dialed in perfectly. LX rode so well after he serviced it. The last guy had a bad attitude and pretty much threw in the towel after a few hours.

If not Richmond, what about Flow Lexus in NC?

This new to me 570 is definitely having series issues. On Friday I got a harmonic bouncing in the front right corner that got progressively worse until I actually had to pull over to and stop to make it go away. Truck is otherwise pristine and extremely well maintained, so I am willing to try to sort this out.

The NC dealer has a decent reputation, but the dealer in Rockville MD does have somebody who understands AHC - although that is a bit of a haul from Richmond.

No chance it could be a tire/rim/shock issue? I'd talk to the GM at the Richmond shop.

If you really want to try another dealer - Charles Barker (Va Beach) and Sheehy (Annapolis) are top notch. Also have have dealt with Lindsay and Pohanka in NOVA - both are good.
