Anyone in SF Bay Area want to check out a rig for a Midwesterner?

Hi, All:

I'm looking at a good example LC 200 in the bay area but this is an out of state purchase for me. I have a high level of confidence in the rig, but anything I can do prior to negotiations and a fly-and-drive situation helps. I'm willing to compensate and can PM details if you're interested.
