IBEX Probably. Custom frame, Land Rover Running gear, roughly the size and shape of a Defender 90 though. The designer even holds a patent on the desgin. Here is an explaination of how it works and some photos..

Very similar but the winch was mounted under the body between the frame. Interesting design.
