Any Law Enforcement Types in the Club?

I have a 78 frame that I'd like to have certified by a law enforcement agent so I can get a title for it. I already spoke with the DMV about it and they said any law enforcement type person can do it. Do we have anyone in the club who'd be interested/willing to make a trip to my place to inspect and sign the form?

Call the Washoe County Sheriff Civil Bureau and see if you can get someone out there.
