I'm currently looking for Maxtrax and a good air compressor. Also, does anyone know why Maxtrax are never on sale anywhere?

REI is rocking their 40% off sale. Saw some good backpacks and cots.

Your best bet on Maxtrax is finding an Ebay coupon. I used a 20% off coupon successfully once on Ebay, but that's about the only place I've found that works for a deal on Maxtrax. They've done a great job of protecting the value of their brand by not allowing promotional sales like for holidays, and I actually appreciate that since it doesn't dilute the value of the product once you buy it.

I saw so many TREDs going around at Overland Expo West. It was like they were giving them away haha.

I'm sure there are some good Tire deals this week as well.
