I like it, I will look at what they have to offer, 3 grand for a pad is a good deal.
They might be a local type business. I'm sure they could recommend someone in your area though.
Mark there is great, not pushy and very informative. He put up with alot of dumb questions from me anyway.

I got a proposal from Morton as well, their stuff looks nice as well.

I did get 12' walls so I can out my lift in. I think 10' would be too short, for me anyway.

they just seem like quality buildings- material etc.

it can be so scary... i boarded at a place up north. they found cheaper quotes, went with them... they had this 100x200 indoor riding arena that after 1 year was leaking and the doors could not shut properly because the structure shifted
how scary :|

be careful who you go with, Colorado's AG just did a class action suit against one for bait and switch. Give you a screaming price and then it's "Oh, you want a door with that? That will be extra? Windows? Extra."

Also, if they ask for a deposit before giving you the price list, run.

I talked to a Metal building dealer in CO.. They called me like 6 months after I bought my building to see if I was still shopping....

Most buildings are not priced with Doors, windows, vents, or insulation. Also, most are standard size with 10' walls and 1/10 pitch.

yah- good choice going w/ the with the 12' -- you are only going to build it once... don't cut corners or you will regret it later :D
