I have a 2000 LC. When the radio is on, the lowest I can make the antenna go down is about 1.5 inches from being flush. It goes flush when I turn off the ignition though. Is that standard? Reason I want to know is that I just got a new Eclipse AVN nav system, but the system does not have the capability to power down when the truck is on. So that kills car washes...
