Another V-8 Mount Question

OK, I did some measuring on my 40 and the 55 frame. Guys with a SBC in their PIG, can you tell me in relation to the shock towers where your motor mounts are for the V-8. Pictures would be great.

I'll try to get pics tonight when i get home. i've got stock steering and shock mounts with v8 right now.

Sorry to hijack, but I would like to see this as well. I have a '79 55 w/ factory PS gear, and would like to use the Marks adapter for a V* conversion, don't know where the motor mounts end up. Anybody using Marks adapter for 55 V8 conversion?

i've got the aa mounts for now. front will stay aa, rear will probably change in the future, but that's a ways down the road for now.

left side = 74 iirc with stock manual steering and stock shock towers

nother right and a couple at the firewall.

the rust strip on the right side of the firewall by the corner of the valve cover is where the park brake cable bracket goes. it had to be removed and when i pull the motor again, i'll dimple the firewall to clear the valve cover corner.
