I am looking at going spring under, and have read about every thread I can about lifting an FJ55. I still have a couple of questions. I have a 79FJ55. I am thinking I would like to use the Dakar springs for my lift. From what I have read I am going to use the 75 series front springs, but I don't want to move the rear spring hangars to fit the 75 series rears, so here is my question.
Will 60 or 62 series springs work on the rear of a 55 without moving the spring perches? From what I gather the lengths are about perfect and the widths will work with a little modification to the bushings, but I am not sure about the spring pin location. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
