Another CarPlay question…2021 LC

So I know there are lots of options and previous threads out there but need to make a decision and would like some up to date information. 2021 LC. What’s the consensus on best unit available right now from people that are actually using them?? Hamilton? Grom? Is it something I can YouTube and install myself or better left to audio pros?? Does not look terrible to install from what I have seen so far. Really want to stay as close to factory as I can. Anyway….whats the group’s thoughts?? Thanks in advance

I can only comment on the EC-Off-road unit for the 2021 Land Cruiser and Hamilton full screen replacement for the 2021 LX. Both are great but the Hamilton edges out the win because of their state side customer service.

The install is fairly straightforward, there may be some slight differences depending on your MY but I’m sure all that has been covered on here in one of the many threads on them. There are several good YT videos on the dash disassembly, you won’t need anything beyond a few dash panel pry tools, a JIS screwdriver, a 10mm socket and a some garage space with some table space for the parts and pieces.
