You just got to love these old cruisers, body rusted away and the drive train just keeps going.


I did find it interesting that the first one looked like it had three point seat belts on the back seat. Was that an OZ thing. I think the 89 FJ62 was the first time we saw three point seat belts for a back seat

I know for certian 3 point belts were standard in the 76 model we used to have, and were also in the 75 model i was just looking at. Front had 3 point with inertia reels.
Australia has been tough on seat belts since about 1966.
