Amazon TYC Koyo Radiator

I'm sure there's a bunch of threads about this so I tried to make this searchable. 1/31/16 Ordered a TYC brand radiator on Amazon for $137 with Prime. Blue Santa brought a Koyorad 1918 today.

Do we know what the odds are of getting the Koyo radiator?

Also, is the 1918 the preferred radiator or is the 1917?

Wouldn't mind doing something new with mine to baseline but would prefer not to drop the coin for an OEM one.

It's hit or miss if you'll get the Koyo 'TYC' off Amazon. I took the gamble and lost. I received a piece of crap TYC rad. that was not Koyo. Luckily it was damaged during shipping so no problem returning it.

Read so many things about people getting the wrong radiator that were Koyo .... So I just bought an OEM a few days ago ... Would have loved to get the 'right' Koyo for your price...

Yeah from what I've been reading it's a coin toss on whether you get a Koyo or TYC. Mine was def a Koyo but there were no markings or part number I could find other than the sticker I posted above. I guess 1918 is the one you want, I just went off others' recommendations for that.
