Anybody have one that is accurate? I heard the one that comes with it is garbage. I want to get this thing installed and out of my garage.

Thanks,
Paul

Paul,

Two things: 1) @Chrismanjs might have one in the box of extra parts I gave him when he bought my 2003. 2) What I ended up doing was screwing all the bolts into the snorkel (not too tight), then cut out the large circle for the intake pipe, then I colored the ends of the bolts with a Sharpie, and set the snorkel on the template so the ink would transfer to the template. The template was off, but this gave me the proper layout. I then punched holes in the template where the ink was, set the template onto the snorkel to make sure it was correct. It worked out perfect. Once you have the template correct, the hardest part is drilling a massive hole in the fender of the truck. Make sure you file down the large hole, and paint all the holes with paint to prevent rust.

Good luck.

P.S. Here is a link to a Youtube video that I made when we drilled through the fender of @Rudster truck.

Paul,

If this is for an 80 series I have my template you can use.
