Antonline. Dont buy from them. Not a lot of dough but they make it hard and expensive to return stuff.. This is the email I sent- whattya think?

Dear Antonline

I have not received my shipment from you, and you apparently chose not to provide me with the courtesy of a tracking number. I have requested cancellation via Amazon and am informed that I must return the item to you at my cost and with a restocking fee. I am upset by this because I have, as mentioned, not received the item and the time of promised delivery has expired. Further, you state that I have a limited time to return the item under your RMA which I likely will not be able to accommodate because the item has not arrived.

This is an unacceptable situation, and I feel victimized by your return policies.

Please rest assured that I, if you don't simply cancel my order with a full refund, will unleash my full literary talent upon Antonline's buyers reviews like a leopard upon a tethered goat. I'm sure the immense negative energy thus generated will be as welcome to Antonline as a fart in a space suit. Further, I will be investigating having my credit card company suspend your payment because I have not received my item.

Thank you for your kind attention and I look forward to your favourable response to this situation.

Just another reason to buy locally. Just some iPad accessories, no irrigation necessary.....

Yeah fxxx douchebags, especially the ones who take laptops out of people's trucks! :(

Wow, I purchased some 'new' software one time on Amazon that couldn't be verified by Microsoft, so I put the complaint in and the seller essentially evaporated but Amazon credited my credit card for the entire amount.

Hope you still get the stuff, but no tracking number is not a good sign.

Good Luck.

It isn't a big deal but proves once again that buying online is great until there is a problem. Then it is a giant pita!

I always spend a lot time reading the Amazon "reviews" looking for negative feedback on the supplier and product before I buy - reduces the probability of a screw-up.
