Am i missing something

Can you not get locking rear diff in a 2010 fj with 6 speed manual tranny. Or is it pos traction.

I thought that was a mistake on the Toyota website. Not real sure about that one?

Wow, very strange, I just checked Toyota.ca and rear locker and A-trac are standard, even on base models, (we don't get 2wd FJ's here) Manual or automatic.


On the toyota.com website under the available options tab it states that the diff lock is available only on automatic, but if you click on the packages tab, it lists upgrade package 1 has locking rear diff, and the package is optional on manual transmission.

Yeah seems strange that all the goodies arent on the 4x4 6 speed manual fj. Thanks for the replys

Every manual transmission FJC comes with the rear diff lock. It is a standard feature. It is an option for the automatics.
