Spike Strip: If you are asking about the smallish hole next to the oil filler: yes, I just went out and checked. M6 x 1.0 threads in fine.
Sorry for not being more specific. I meant the threaded hole on top, closest to the TEQ logo... 
If that hole is good, and there are no cracks or other mishaps on the cover, I'll take it.

Sorry about the mix-up. Yes, hole on top accepts a M8x1.25. Additional photos attached showing all angles inside and out. Note: one of the screw holes next to the decal has been filled. Top of decal is marred.
