Alternator replacement - wrong pulley size?(Solved)

I picked up a reman alternator from O'reillys - could it have a different size pulley on it?

I am not able to refit the serpentine belt...

I just checked, the pulley is the same size...Im just struggling with the serpentine tensioner I think...
