OK, so I think my alt is dead.
Belt is tight,
Relatively new 94 amp Delco 12si
12 volts going to the exciter from fuse box, good connection at the sensing wire, all new connections.
Why is it only putting out .1-.2 volts?? Its not exciting?
Please help! I really don't want to have to pull this to get it bench tested.

GOT IT! FUSE BLEW INLINE TO THE ISOLATOR. KILLED THE FUSE IDEA AND THREW IN A 8G WIRE. SHOULD BE GOOD TO GO NOW!
CHARGING AT 15V.
