So after my 2" ball spacers, t-bar crank and AAL's of course my front wheels are out of alignment. The top of the front tires point away from the truck. Is that the camber adjustment?

How do I adjust it so I can drive her around until my new wheels arrive next week?

Yes it is the camber, all you need to do is adjust the tire rod ends. You can do this by loosening the adjustment nuts then twist the ends as required to get them straight up and down. You will need a pair of vise grips to twist the tie rod end. Drive it a few blocks come back check how close it is then readjust until you are happy. If it was in alignment before the spacers then this is the only adjustment you will need. You could also go further and pin a string from top to bottom of the tires to check the actual angle of your tires to make sure its perpendicular to the group, in my opinion if this is just to get you through the week before your alignment not needed, but if this is the only alignment you plan on doing you want it as close as possible, so the strings may help. There are quite a few people that only do driveway alignments, but I would suggest if you are investing money in new tires to get an actual alignment done. If you have any other questions feel free to ask. Good luck and Cheers!

Tie rod ends adjust toe in, not camber.

Camber is adjusted with the eccentric bolts on the lower control arms.

Odds are you'll need to adjust both. Your tie rod adjusting sleeves are quite likely rusted to all hell, and even with the proper tool (I bought mine at NAPA), you will likely destroy them. I'd buy a new pair before starting.

This link might be to the only real tech on Yotatech.

He's mostly right, I'd never have negative caster, but at least he's done this before.

Got it, so if I only adjust the cam bolts to get the tires vertical would that be enough to cover me for a week or so until I get my wheels or should I really adjust the toe before I get my "professional" alignment?

The tire rods was all I had to adjust, and I was using the alignment machine at work, I was just giving you my experience and thats all that was required when I put in my ball joint spacers. Never done the driveway alignment, never needed to cause I have an alignment machine at my disposal but you can get it pretty close with the driveway technique, so I hear. Sorry if I added to any confusion you already had.
