Aisin Hubs Needed.

I am on the look out for a set of Aisin hubs for my KZJ71 project.


They can be new or refurbished. I actually have a set that could be refurbished, or even used as they are for that matter.

Any advice appreciated.

Are they manual or auto hubs?

As long as they aren't too worn or nothing is broken, you should be able to refurb them easily and cheaply. Pull the hubs apart, clean, re-grease, replace the bits (springs, o-rings, seals) as necessary.

New hubs might run you $200- 400USD a piece, or you can poke around and see if you can get a compatible set used.

Manual hubs.

There was some inner ring which was well worn. Dont have the parts book with me.

Anyway. fabbed some copper rings and have not reinstalled since.

If the hub body and hub gear is good, I think all the bits and pieces on the hub face are interchangeable with the mini truck hubs, so you may be able to find a set in good shape.
